I'm honored (and a tad embarrassed) to have been selected by Jim West and Brandon Wason of Biblioblogs as May's blogger of the month! The full (penetrating, incisive, ground-breaking) interview is available here.
For 8 years I taught New Testament at a Christian college on the windswept Saskatchewan prairie where winter temperatures regularly hover down where Celsius and Fahrenheit intersect and where the Northern Lights take your (frozen) breath away.
Bruce: Hmmm... I seem to recall a very similar place from my distant past. You didn't happen to teach an excellent class there on the Gospel of Matthew, now did you? ;-) Hey, very happy to see that you are blogging; I'll be checking out my former prof's stuff on a regular basis!

Doesn't it see like a kind of sham to be awarded a 'blogger of the month' award and then not post anything for over a month!?!?!
I know you're out gallivanting around the Mid-East on this supposed "May Term"...so I expect some provocative refections once you are back mister.
I hope you are having a great time! :)
Dustin
How was the Middle East? Any awe-inspiring new reflections for us?
